Pilot agreement required

Do not use CBAM Compliance OS with real customer data until approved terms have been provided and the pilot agreement has been signed.

Description of service

CBAM Compliance OS organises product, supplier, movement and evidence records and generates operational readiness prompts and draft reports. A paid pilot may include manual founder review. It does not determine legal scope or liability, calculate final CBAM charges, verify emissions, file returns, purchase or surrender certificates, or guarantee compliance.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide lawful and accurate data and have authority to share supplier and customer records.
• Manage account access and independently retain required business records.
• Review generated findings and obtain appropriate professional advice.
• Complete official submissions and payments to authorities outside this service.

Billing

No checkout is active. Any pilot fee, tax and payment schedule must be agreed in an approved signed pilot agreement before a workspace is activated.

Cancellation

Cancellation, termination, data return and deletion terms will be set in the signed pilot agreement. The proposed data-deletion default is within 30 days of an authorised written cancellation request, subject to legal and contractual requirements.
